The World of Tube Galleryโ€™ Fashion Exhibition

Fromย Februaryย 22nd to March 20th, River City Bangkok will host a special commemorative exhibition showcasing the work ofย Tube Gallery. More than 20 years ago, Tube Gallery introduced ready-to-wear items in leading department stores from two talented designers, Phisit Jongnarangsin and Saxit Pisalasupongs.

Since then Tube Galleryโ€™s collections been showcased in fashion events worldwide, in cities such as Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Jakarta, Sydney, Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo, New York, and Paris. The brand has also been featured in such TV programmes asย Americaโ€™s Next Top Model,ย Asiaโ€™s Next Top Model,ย Germanyโ€™s Next Top Model,ย Vietnamโ€™s Next Top Modelย andย Thailandโ€™s Next Top Model. The duoโ€™s popularity has been confirmed by the many celebrities spotted in their creations, including Kimberly Walsh of Girls Aloud, and Ashley Robert of Pussycat Dolls.

In addition, Tube Gallery achieved notoriety is costume design for various productions both at the national and international levels. At home, they were invited to design the costume of โ€œManorahโ€ royal ballet performed during the royal cremation of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, and the public was impressed by their stunning craftmanship. Overseas, Tube Gallery have participated in various musical theatres.

Phisit and Saxit have also worked with many world-renowned artists including Christian Develter, a famous Belgian modern artist who resides in Siem Reap. Develterโ€™s artworks have been transferred into a collection for Tube Gallery, which became one of their most recognized collection of the designers. During the visit of King and Queen of Belgium (then as Crown Prince and Crown Princess) to Bangkok, this collection was presented to Queen Mathilde.

Now, Phisit and Saxit have curated their own brandโ€™s characteristics in an exhibition they call โ€˜The World of Tube Galleryโ€™, in which different silhouettes of different collections past and present time will be on display. Apart from the exhibition, the new collection will also be launched.
